Sometimes you need to put someone in your life in timeout…digitally. These aren’t people that you can completely cut out of your life, but if you’d like a little more control over when they can burst into your life, this article is for you
Collective Awe – The 2024 Solar Eclipse
Every bit of this Eclipse was a new, shocking, wow-filled, awe-striking, burst of wonder that fills your heart to overflowing about the grandeur of being alive. I don’t know how one could walk away from witnessing what I saw without this flood of emotions.
Plunged Into The Strangest Night
The temperature dropped dramatically, the birds stopped their songs mid-verse, street lamps lining the nearby highway and the mall parking lot we had set up shop in flickered on, and for a brief moment in time – silence swept over the land. This hush felt more like a shock to the collective system of the planet, than a peaceful quiet calm.
National Parks: Petrified Forest
Come for the petrified wood, be amazed by the Painted Desert. What a surprising and beautiful Park this one was. A fantastic and worthwhile stop on any road trip across the Southwest!
Black Hills: A Western Adventureland

National Parks: Gateway Arch

Unlike other Parks that are difficult to get to and sometimes even harder to explore, Gateway Arch is an ideal stop by families making their way across the country on a road trip, and is even well worth it to slightly alter plans to include the visit to St. Louis for.
National Parks: Saguaro
Easy desert hikes, massive cacti, stunning views, and just the right amount of danger – the Western portion of Saguaro National Park is ideal for people short on time or families with young children.
